Q. When can I clean?
A. Anytime to suit your needs Mon-Fri, 9-5 dependant on current time slot availability.
Q. Who will be my clean?
A. Me, Me and just me, Dawn Robinson.
Q. Who provides the cleaning products?
A. That would be the responsibility of the person who has hired me. We don’t provide cleaning products but we can pick them up for you and leave them at your house as part of the service subject to payment prior.
Q. Why do you have to provide the cleaning products?
A. We ask you to provide the cleaning products as we don’t wish to transfer bacteria from house to house. An example is, if you are allergic to cats, we clean a house with a cat before & use the same cloths to wash your dishes, you could get an allergic reaction.
Q. When do I have to pay?
A. Payment is required directly after the cleaning service or we can collect them payment upfront in a bulk batch, it is up to you.
Q. What is the best method to pay?
A. We only accept bank transfer or cash on the day. Sorry no card machine is taken to take electronic payments.
